Here is a quick review of just a few (in fact, we chose 15 out of hundreds!) of the logos we have worked on. We put them side by side with their original version, so you can see the logo designs before and after, and their evolution.
Gary and Kate Taylor run K2 Hairdressing in Newton Abbot, he asked Frankman to design his new logo in 2009. We are delighted to say that they are still proudly displaying his logo and K2 have gone from strength to strength over the years.
South West Plumbing Services’ logo stands proud on the side of their premises in Torquay. The logo was first created in 2012, and is now displayed on a fleet of engineers vans often seen across Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. We have even spotted the logo design sporting a Christmas hat during the festive period.
Glanvile Metals are an independent family-owned business based in Torquay, they have strong values and traditions and wanted a logo that clearly demonstrated their business. We developed this logo back in 2013 and delighted to still see it flying the flag for Tony Glanvile and his team.
When Andy first came to see us in 2015, Devon and Dorset had a logo that was taken straight from the internet, and also belonged to a rather famous band! Bay Photonics is based in the new EPIC centre in Paignton, and have evolved as a company. Our first meeting with them in 2015 was to discuss their exhibition and branding, we look forward to working with them again next year when exhibitions are back up and running.
Spinegy Group Cycling is all about high energy and having fun. In 2016, Neil had outgrew his current premises and was moving to a purpose-built space to offer his spinning classes. He wanted a logo and new image to go with the new space.
Adam and Helen brought the existing Guest House on the beautiful Babbacombe Downs in 2017. When we were initially discussing the logo design, Adam mentioned that he wanted a design that ‘Doesnt make me look like a chip shop!’. We still love this logo!
Our friends at the Palace Theatre have transformed this hidden gem into an amazing community. Their logo flies proudly on flags at the front of the theatre, and we urge you to check out their beautiful illuminated window displays that change throughout the year. Safe Response started in 2010 by Simon Jeffery, initially set up after Simon designed an illuminated sun visor sign for the emergency services. In 2018, Simon recognised he needed to take his business to the next level and we designed the logo he is using today.
Family run Dawes Accountants have been trading for over 35 years with Father, Ashley Dawes, at the helm. Son and Daughter Jamie and Emma approached us in 2019 to bring the company up to date and make them stand out from other accountants. Read the full story of Dawes Accountants success here.
Torbay Packaging has been established in the bay for over 30 years. Owner Mike wanted to give the company a new lease of life and show off Torbay Packaging to its best potential. This logo we created in 2019, along with a new website.
Your Partnerships has blasted off like a rocket since their branding transformation in 2019, and is still shooting for the stars. Brock and Lee have yet to land! We have worked with Sally and Kevin Cope for many years. 2019 saw Kevin step up the offering for Koru Connections following him becoming a coach with the Entrepreneurs Circle. Kevin wanted to adapt the logo to reflect a modern business and to tie in with their brand colours.
Smarter Accounting’s new logo design is one of our most recent. They had the same logo for many years and wanted to maintain the ‘bars’ which still feature in their signage across their other offices.
We can see this logo still being strong in another 15 years.
